There are very few artists like Heath Ledger who immerse themselves in their art (Daniel Day Lewis and Christian Bale are the others who come to mind). I was actually very sad the day he died.Coming back to the "accidental overdose." Does anyone really believe that? We know a lot of big actors are troubled, they take drugs (I am not judging), they have access to drugs, both legal and illegal. I do not believe for a second that Heath died of an accidental overdoes. How do you take an overdose of prescription medicine anyway? I think that it was the big production house of the Batman franchise which did not want any negative publicity for the movie. The Dark Knight represents a good half billion dollars worth for the studio and I don't blame them. In the process, if some people remember Heath with a certain fondness, even if because of the 'accidental' nature of his untimely demise, I say no harm done.
